Here’s what I have to report:
1. There isn’t enrichment for Day 12 with the shared orthogroups as the background. No results from DAVID.
Input files were these:
Dermasterias imbricata unique orthogroup Uniprot Accession IDs from Day 12 DEGs
Pisaster ochraceus unique orthogroup Uniprot Accession IDs from Day 12 DEGs
Pycnopodia helianthoides unique orthogroup Uniprot Accession IDs from Day 12 DEGs
Background file:
Uniprot accession IDs from the orthogroups shared across all three species: output/28-orthogroup-annot/shared_orthogroups_DAVID_background.tab
Results:
No enrichment for any of the three species’ Day 12 DEGs with the shared orthogroups as the background.
