Agenda:

1. Crab paper (subsmission post here) was rejected from Wiley Molecular Ecology, but they offered a transfer to one of their other journals. Options are: Ecology and Evolution; Journal of Fish Diseases; Journal of Fish Biology.
2. Checking in on the enrichment… Steven did some enrichment using topGO package (post here) and got some results, which is different from what I got using DAVID (post here).

Notes:

1. I’ll transfer the submission to Journal of Fish Diseases today!
2. I’m going to learn how to use topGO package because it is reproducible, whereas DAVID is not… could be copy-paste errors, hard to track. Another resource that Steven sent to me is: https://robertslab.github.io/MOPE/, that I can test out with some files. But my priority focus is topGO.

Aiming to have some multispecies results to share during next Wednesday’s pycno check in meeting.
