Goals: focus JUST on day 12 gene ontology enrichment
I’ve been getting lost in my results and losing track of things.
Today, Steven and I identified the following simple goals for my multi-species analyses:
- Focus on Day 12 gene ontology enrichment
If I have the time before our next check in meeting, I can add in some orthogroup stuff, but I mainly will be re-doing the Day 12 DEG analyses through to enrichment for each species and can then dig into literature. THAT’S IT!
I’m going to stick with these goals and have things to share/post about before Steven and I meet next. Stay tuned.
